All dates are subject to weather and material availability. Since our work is mostly weather and temperature dependent, there's always a chance that the start date or the completion date of the project will be delayed. Throughout the season, some delays are normal.

All deposits are nonrefundable.

Any changes in material or products used for a project are subject to extra fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee.

Once a project is agreed upon, any changes to the scope of the work or the size of the project is subject to a $550 administration fee.

SLC Contracting doesn't provide any refunds on deposits, if a customer decides to cancel a project after the initial agreement.

At any time, if a refund is issued, the customer understands that it is at SLC Contracting discretion.

Should SLC Contracting choose to refund a customer, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.
